Absolutely amazing! In and out in under 30 minutes. Robbie wore a mask, took shoes off while inside, kept the area completely clean. He used a Hepa vac, so there was no mess at all (unlike some other companies). He also went on the roof to check the vent pipe (this was our critical ask as we have seen this is a problem area). Good thing he did as that was the source of our messed up venting situation that burned out the temp sensor on our dryer. We will definitely be keeping annual service with this company moving forward. Price was great and very competitive. No hesitation in recommending them!!

Lint Busters, Rob, cleaned 4 of our dryers in our condo. He was excellent in every way. He cleaned my dryer thoroughly not just the vent and made a couple of adjustments. I needed my dryer vent cleaned before arrival of new dryer. My dryer is on the second floor, and vents out the roof. Robbie called and texted me, so we could work out the best time for the service, and I really appreciated that. He arrived on time, got right to work, and did an excellent job. He also removed a covering another company (pest control) had placed over the vent exit; it was almost completely covered and was a hard, compressed cake of lint! Also gave me tips for when to dry, and how long it should take, and showed me an easier way to fit the flexible metallic tubing over the connections from the dryer to the wall vent. Great service above and beyond!

This is the second time we've had Robbie help us out. The first time, he re-routed our dryer vent because where it emptied was a fire hazard. Today, he cleaned out the dryer vent of lint, along with the dryer itself and the surrounding area as part of his service. It went very well. This is the only business I've seen with A's across the board on Angie's List; so I selected them because of it. I called the office after office hours and Robbie responded within 30 minutes. My service was done and finished less than 24 hours later. Robbie is an absolute pro and very courteous. When I saw him working the bottom of my vent and the top (mine escapes rooftop), I knew it was going to resolve my problem. And, as another reviewer noted, he provides advice with his service. I am very satisfied. He has earned the high ratings. I'm keeping his number handy.
